#1 Office Chart

Lists the offices you want set up. Each office can have its own branding, email domain, admins, and contact details. Offices and settings can be changed or added later.

#2 Admins/Managers List

Lists your admins and managers (staff can be added later easily). Include contact info, permission level, and which offices they can access. Admins have full access and don't need office assignments.

#3 Logo Files

Logos are shown to customers in the portal and emails. Please email one logo per office to our team. Files must be PNG, JPG, or JPEG, under 1MB, and preferably rectangular (2:1 ratio). Name files by office if sending multiple logos.
