The dashboard serves as your central command center for all FinCEN reporting activity. Instead of navigating through multiple pages, you can see the most important information in one place. It updates continuously, giving you real-time insight into the status of every active report.
Each dashboard card highlights reports that may need attention upcoming deadlines, files past their expected closing date, or reports missing required information so you can quickly identify what requires action.
To start a report from your Dashboard you can select “Begin New Order.” You enter the basic transaction details, and our filing team handles the full workflow, including data collection, finalizing the report, filing with FinCEN, and sending any corrections or acknowledgments.

Ordering Real Estate Report
This dashboard section lets you submit a new FinCEN real estate report request. Firms have the full FinCEN filing handled by our team. The Begin New Order button starts the process: you enter the basic transaction details, and our team handles the full workflow from data collection to submission.
You’ll receive a notification when the file is “FinCEN clear-to-close,” indicating all required information has been gathered and the report is ready for closing.
If you need to confirm whether the transaction is reportable, the Check Filing Requirements tool https://fincenrealestatereport.com/rer-quiz-tool/ verifies whether it meets FinCEN’s filing requirements. If filing is required, you can proceed to Begin New Order.

Daily FinCEN Report Summary
This section gives you a real-time overview of how all active reports are progressing. It highlights three key categories so you can quickly see if anything needs attention:
- Reports in Deadline Watch: Shows reports with upcoming closing dates where required information is still missing, helping you follow up before deadlines become urgent.
- Reports Beyond Expected Close Date: Flags reports that have passed their closing date but haven’t been updated, closed, or removed. This helps keep your records accurate and ensures filings stay on schedule.
- Closings Within 7 Days: Lists transactions expected to close within the next week so you can prepare for upcoming filings.

Deadline Watch
The Deadline Watch section helps you stay ahead of time-sensitive filings by monitoring any reports that are approaching their closing date but still lack important information. These could be missing details from the buyer, seller, or other parties involved in the transaction.
When a report appears in this section, it means action is needed soon to avoid delays in completing the FinCEN filing. If required information hasn’t been provided, the platform’s support team proactively reaches out to the parties involved to help gather what’s missing, reducing the risk of last-minute issues.
Each card displays a green checkmark with “You’re all caught up!”, meaning there are no pending deadlines, overdue closings, or upcoming filings that require action. At the top, the dashboard also includes a Filter by Office dropdown, allowing you to view report activity for a specific office.

Beyond Expected Closing
This section of the dashboard is designed to help you manage any reports that have passed their expected closing date.
If the deal successfully closes, the report should be marked Closed, which allows the FinCEN filing process to continue without delays. If the closing was pushed to a later date, you’ll need to update the closing date so the report remains aligned with the new schedule. And if the deal ultimately fell through, the report should be deleted to avoid ongoing reminders or incorrect alerts.

Closing Within 7 Days
The Closing Within 7 Days section helps you stay ahead of upcoming obligations by displaying any transactions that are scheduled to close in the next week. Since FinCEN reporting is tied to the closing date, this section ensures you know exactly which files will require attention soon.
If a transaction appears here, it means you should review it to confirm whether:
- The deal is still on schedule to close,
- The closing has already occurred and needs to be marked as Closed, or
- The transaction was canceled and should be deleted to avoid unnecessary alerts.
Keeping this section updated ensures that your reporting workflow stays accurate and that no filing deadlines are missed.
