Report Settings

The Information Collection Deadline setting specifies how many days before the closing date all required party information must be submitted. This ensures data is gathered, verified, and finalized in time for an accurate and timely closing process. By default this is set to 30 days prior to closing. If the deadline passes and the required party information has not been submitted, the report will be flagged as past due. This indicates that some required details are still missing and need to be completed immediately.

Users can select a specific number of days before closing from the dropdown menu. meaning all information must be received no later than the chosen amount of days prior to closing. By defining a clear submission window, this setting prevents last-minute data collection, minimizes errors, and ensures all parties meet established deadlines.
