Step 3 - Knowing when you're FinCEN Clear-to-Close

We’ll handle everything around collecting information and supporting your buyers and sellers.
Once we’re done, you’ll get a “FinCEN-Clear-to-Close” notification which means everything is collected and you can proceed to closing.
Typically we’ll have everything done within just a day or two, but it can be faster if your buyers/sellers are very responsive.
