Plan Questions
How do you handle FinCEN filings for me?
With the Full-Service Filing Plan, all FinCEN filings are handled completely for you.
Your settlement staff have access to the online portal where you quickly upload the transaction information and we take care of the rest. You can watch our experts work, complete filings, track deadlines, send reminders, and contact you only when needed for uncommon filing situations. Your portal provides full oversight details and all the tools you need to monitor your transactions.
Our expect team has supported over 150,000 FinCEN filings to date. We know exactly how to manage FinCEN compliance and act as your staff’s secure data processor to solve your FinCEN compliance requirements.
With the Full-Service Filing Plan, each filing costs $72 (annual payment discount with your special 10% extra) or $81 (quarterly payment program with the 10% extra) and these costs can be passed through to transactions on the settlement statement using this form.
When exactly will my account become active?
You’ll have access within 15 to 30 days after FinCEN releases the official Real Estate Report form. We use this time to replace the system’s current GTO form and integrate and thoroughly test the updated filings. You’ll receive email notifications with clear updates on your account’s activation status as part of our reservation group.
What happens to my $99 deposit if I change my mind?
Your $99 reservation fee is escrowed and completely refundable at any time for any reason. If your plans change or you’re not satisfied, simply request a refund. Otherwise, it will be fully credited toward your selected plan at onboarding.
How can I pass these costs to transactions or clients?
We’ve provided a downloadable transaction form that clearly communicates and authorizes passing compliance costs directly to the settlement statement. This ensures full transparency and easy cost recovery for your filings in alignment with industry rules.
What if I exceed my monthly included reports?
Great job on being a high-volume settlement office!
You’re not restricted on report volume; each additional full-service managed report beyond your monthly included amount is just $72 (for annual payment discount with the 10% extra bonus) or $81 (for the quarterly payment program with the 10%). You’ll only be charged for actual usage for any of these extra report, billed monthly. This gives you the flexibility to handle higher transaction months easily.
Remember to pass these charges along on the settlement statement at closing with this form.
Do I need extensive training to use the software?
Not at all. Included with your reservation is a free, 30-minute onboarding session. Most teams will be confidently filing reports immediately afterward, thanks to our intuitive design and built-in help features. Our support team is always on standby to help your team or your buyers and sellers and just a click away from your dashboard.
How do I see the software or get a demo?
Take a look at the video on our how page to see how our team manages reports with software. The system sends secure links to clients, captures sign off for liability protection, tracks deadlines, stores records, and allows quick exports to FinCEN.
You’ll also have access to this software with the managed full-service plan, however, once you upload the document or start the transaction we’ll handle the rest.
If you need more information, you can book a live demo with our team here.
Why is there a deposit for the pre-sale program?
These fees are fully credited to your quarterly or annual plan payments during the onboarding process and refundable (no questions asked) should you change your mind.
We have limited spots available for early training and onboarding (about 1,000 firms) and the deposit process helps us reserve these spots for settlement offices that are most active about getting a solution for FinCEN compliance in place ahead of 12/1/2025.
How much money does this software save me?
Even 10 reports per month requires 2.5 x 10 = 25 hours each month. This platform will let you offload all of those reports completely at a cost of $72 or $81 per report. You can pass these per report costs along to transaction parties while limiting your liability with the form here.
The average settlement company’s staff time is worth over $150 per hour, meaning this platform saves you $3,750 per month if you’re processing just 10 simple transactions a month.
What happens if FinCEN delays the form release?
That’s unlikely but not a problem!
Your place in the onboarding line will be held if FinCEN delays the form or RER launch. You’ll still have this item checked off your list and remain ready for the RER’s new launch date.
